2. General

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to get in touch with you and handle your enquiry. This website serves to provide information about our products and to offer a way of contacting us. No customer data is stored beyond this.

3. What data we process

a) Contact form. When you use the contact form, submitting it opens your own email program containing the data you entered (name, email address, phone number and the content of your message). It is sent from your own email account; the message reaches us as an email and is stored in our email inbox. No separate form service provider is involved.

b) Contact by email. If you write to us directly by email, we process your sender address and the content of your message. These are stored in our email inbox.

c) Contact via WhatsApp. If you use the WhatsApp button, you are redirected to WhatsApp. Communication then takes place via the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms). Meta processes your data (including your phone number and message content) according to its own privacy policy, over which we have no control. The content you send reaches us via our WhatsApp account.

d) Server logs / hosting. When you visit the website, our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA) processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date/time, page accessed) to deliver and secure the website.

e) Map (delivery area). To display the map, map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and CARTO; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to these providers.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process the data solely to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures); for general enquiries without a contractual context, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication), or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), where you have given it.

5. Recipients / processors

• Hosting provider Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA – operation of the website.
• Email provider Google (Gmail) – processing of your email messages.
• WhatsApp / Meta – only if you contact us via WhatsApp.
• Map providers OpenStreetMap & CARTO – only when the map is displayed.

Your data is not passed on to any other third parties.

6. Data transfers to third countries

When Vercel (hosting), Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp/Meta are used, processing may take place in the USA. According to their own statements, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Storage period

We store your data only for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please use the contact details given in section 1.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority in Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

9. Provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without the information required to contact you, we cannot process your enquiry.

10. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

11. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies and does not embed any advertising or statistics services. Only technically necessary functions are used.
